Workshop Description – Leadership Ethics
Leaders have an opportunity to inspire others not only to do the right thing but also to consider the kind of people they want to be. In the hectic and often unpredictable world of human services, we are called upon to make decisions quickly, and we have a responsibility to slow down enough to consider the ethical factors that affect the situation. In this workshop, we’ll talk about how our values influence our decisions, discuss a framework for making ethical decisions, and talk about what happens after the decision.
