AspireMN improves the lives of the children, youth and families served by member organizations through support for quality service delivery, leadership development and policy advocacy.

AspireMN Values

Excellence – through quality and accountability, we focus on positive outcomes.

Action – leveraging the expertise of member organizations, we influence change and advocate for quality services in support of those we serve.

Inclusion – we create an environment where all members feel valued, supported and that they have a seat at the table; while centering on the voice of children, youth and families served.

Anti-Racism – our work must be rooted in addressing structural racism and its impact on children, youth, and families

Collaboration – we are stronger when we work together, with members, stakeholders, partners and policy makers.
