Strong leadership requires more than managing a team—it requires building effective relationships in every direction. In this engaging Leadership Academy webinar, participants will explore practical strategies for influencing and collaborating with supervisors, supporting and developing direct reports, and building productive partnerships with peers. Attendees will gain tools to strengthen communication, navigate challenging workplace dynamics, and foster greater alignment, trust, and accountability across their organizations. Drawing on real-world examples and leadership best practices, this session will help leaders increase their impact at every level. Inspired by the leadership expertise of David Hesse and his work developing resilient professionals and organizational relationships.
Presenter Bio: David Hesse, Ph.D., LMFT
David Hesse, Ph.D., LMFT, serves as Director of Training and Supervision at Change Inc. and is a licensed marriage and family therapist, clinical supervisor, trainer, and educator. He holds a doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University and has more than 13 years of experience providing individual and family therapy in school-based and outpatient settings. David supervises graduate and post-graduate clinicians, teaches in Change Inc.’s training programs, and is both a Minnesota Board-Approved Supervisor and an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. His work focuses on developing strong, reflective leaders and practitioners who can effectively navigate complex systems, build meaningful relationships, and create positive organizational change.
