Creating a Culture of Feedback (Giving and Receiving), in this 90-minute session, participants will learn the importance of feedback as a critical component of fostering organizational transparency, accountability, and overall employee well-being. Through a series of small and large group conversations, and introduction to ready-to-use tools, participants will leave this session prepared to incorporate on-going, mutual feedback into their supervision and leadership practice.
Julie Bluhm
Julie Bluhm, Interim Executive, Bluhm Forward, is a distinguished nonprofit leader with deep expertise in leveraging leadership transitions to strengthen organizations. Julie understands the unique challenges of leading in today’s nonprofit environment, and why so many leaders are opting out of this often lonely, and all-consuming, work. As an on-boarding coach, Julie supports leaders to navigate and assess their new workplace, including culture, team and board dynamics, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and board governance.
A licensed mental health therapist, coach, and facilitator, Julie brings a deep understanding of human behavior and emotional intelligence, providing her clients an authentic, candid coaching experience centered in direct feedback and unwavering support. Julie’s strengths-based approach, combined with her experience as a nonprofit CEO, enables the delivery of practical, actionable, guidance that supports seamless leadership transitions, and organizational success.
