As our field is in a time of both scarcity and change, AspireMN is teaming up with Mighty Consulting and leaders from the association to tell the story of mergers, acquisitions, and other creative opportunities to save otherwise at-risk programs and continue to deliver care.

Lighthouse Children and Family Services and Fernbrook Family Center recently combined forces in an acquisition. Change Inc has opened their doors to acquire programs from Eastside Family Services and Watercourse Counseling Center. There are more stories to tell – where the practices of M&A have delivered results that outsized expectations.
