Effective Communication and Leadership in a Multigenerational Workplace
How do you communicate with employees who are older or younger than you? Do you ever experience miscommunication? With up to five generations working side by side, communication styles, values, and expectations can vary widely, creating both challenges and opportunities for organizational leaders.
In this workshop, you will learn how to tailor your communication messages to effectively work with employees and clients from Baby Boomers to Gen Zs. Through self-assessments, activities, and action plans, you will develop skills to create a culture of respect and high performance. You will leave this workshop with a deeper understanding of what motivates each generation and how to employ their strengths to enhance productivity and engagement.
Join me for an interactive, hands-on workshop that will equip you with the tools to lead, connect, and communicate effectively across generational lines!
